How long does it take to fullfill an order?

We take 2–5 business days to make your custom-ordered product for all production techniques. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Please note that shipping is not included in the fulfillment time. To get an idea of how long an order will take to arrive, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted via e-mail to info@i2k23.com within 30 days after the product has been received, with photographic evidence of the defect.

What if i don’t receive my order?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted via email to the above address no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
